How the project planner works

The planner turns four answers into a one-page scope of the MEP engineering your building needs, so you can see the work before you talk to anyone.

  1. 1Your buildingPick the closest type: commercial office, residential or multifamily, healthcare, restaurant or QSR, retail or mixed-use, education, industrial or warehouse, or hotel.
  2. 2Your projectA new building, a renovation, a tenant fit-out or a franchise rollout across several sites, and its approximate size, from under 5,000 sq ft to over 100,000 sq ft.
  3. 3The servicesHVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design, energy modeling and code compliance, and MEP shop drawings and BIM coordination. The planner suggests the usual ones for your building type.
  4. 4Your timelineAs soon as possible, within one to three months, in three to six months, or just planning and budgeting.

You then see a summary of your scope and can send it to our engineers for a free project review. An engineer replies within one business day, and we sign an NDA before you send any project files.
